Voyager 1, my first release of the year is now leaving the exclusive orbit of SceneSat and is now available for download. Enjoy. Thanks again to SceneSat for adding this to their compilation and to everyone for their kind words on the launch day.
Corsten’s Countdown is a weekly radio show hosted by the one and only Ferry Corsten. It is the first radio show where listeners get to vote and choose the top 10 records of the month. You can listen to Corsten’s Countdown every Wednesday at 8 PM CET at www.di.fm. and on www.xmradio.com
Every week Ferry Corsten presents the hottest records whereby listeners are able to vote what they think are the best records for that week. At the end of the month, Voting results of each week are compiled for the monthly top 10 countdown.
And on Feb 2009, week 3, who do we have ? Marco G. and me as first track… so get your ass there, register and vote [here] NOW! please? 😉
Voting is done on a weekly basis, so make sure you vote during the week the track is introduced!
The people behind SceneSat Radio had a dream. A dream to bring the awesome music of the scene to a wider audience, a dream to show those who claim that all those hours in front of a computer never amounted to anything that out of those grueling hours came not only careers and carpal tunnel syndromes but beauty… and now that dream has come true.
The SceneSat team has brought together some of the most brilliant arrangers and composers of the scene to create a compilation which will show the multi-faceted world of scene music, to celebrate the launch of the station and to show people what they can expect from the scene today and in the future.
The compilation was aired live during the launch show on SceneSat Radio on February 7th and will be available for download starting March 1st, 2009.
Erm… well… I guess I made a good score lately on Acid Planet, Perihelion and Heliospheric are currently number 1 and 2 on the charts. No too bad for tracks that were added in 2005 and 2006 (they are still in my favorites). Thanks to the listeners and voters!
Thanks to everyone who voted Desert Dream up to position 2 as Best Amiga Remix of 2008! That’s really appreciated and there is no way someone could make it better than DaXX 🙂
That’s it… best wishes to everyone for 2009. All the health, love, music and gear you deserve!
It’s now official, www.psychnerd.ca is online. Please update your bookmarks!
SceneSat Radio is about to launch (please, keep yourself updated from their [site]). For this occasion, I’ve done my homeworks and given them a little exclusive track. The only things I can tell you now, is that it’s called ‘Voyager 1’, and it’s an ambient track heavily based on the G2X.
